Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received them. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore. Return Label is customer's responsibility.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.
Situations Where Refunds Can Be Refused
- Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged due to your actions.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after you've received it.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be automatically issued to your payment method within 14 days, using the same payment method you placed the order with.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not yet received a refund even after 14 days, first check with your bank account.
- Then contact your payment provider/company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially transferred.
- If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't accept exchanges. However, you can always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Customer Remorse Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, please note that you will be responsible for the actual costs of returning the product. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing it to ensure satisfaction with your selections.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please provide us with clear photographic evidence of the issue. In such cases, we will take full responsibility for the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange your return and ensure you receive the correct item.
Return Shipping
It is expected that items will be returned with a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance. The sender is always responsible for the shipment, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is posted without traceable shipping.
